This is when you have a property that is full of ‘junk’ and you need this to be removed and the house emptied. This could mean a simple de-cluttering of all the room, or a complete overhaul of the entire house, depending upon your needs.
When might you need to do a house clearance?
If you are a landlord and have rented out a property, the tenants have left (perhaps in a rush) and have left the property in a state.
If you have suffered a bereavement and have been asked to empty the house of all its belongings and sell on the property. Or if you have an elderly relative who now requires full time care and has moved into a home, leaving their house to you to clear out and sell on for them.
