Carpet cleaning is like washing your clothes

It is fairly common for a customer to call and ask, "How are you going to clean my carpet?" I often suggest the analogy of the washing machine. There are basically three cycles for your washing machine 1. Soak  2. Agitate  3. Rinse When we clean your carpet we will: 1. spray all of the carpet first with the cleaning solution 2. we will hand agitate (if necessary) heavily soiled areas 3. we will rinse out the loosened soil along with the cleaning solution using really "hot" clean water.
